    When trying yo use app to view course videos, all sections do not appear on the screen (e.g. all content in the course - all sections and videos in each section. Instead only few videos in few sections are showing up and I can’t move to the video/section which is not visible/loaded) and there is no way to move to the next section (when you are on the last video of the current section). This works great on the web version but for on-the-go, app is more useful and it does not work :(

  • Download doesn’t Work

    You can download the course, but it won’t work unless you have service the entire time. Which ultimately defeats the purpose of downloading the classes and makes learning on the go very difficult.Even after downloading, sometimes the app tries to download it again! I downloaded a full course then I went back into the app a day later and every single video in that course had a spinning symbol which indicates the app trying to download it. It’s ridiculous…

  • Can’t access classes

    Really poor performance. The apps I purchased disappear from my list, and I can’t load lessons, it just gives an error message. I have a lot of classes I purchased outside of a subscription, too. I can usually find them in the browser, but on the app, if I search them, they show up as available for purchase, despite already having purchased them and completed a number of lessons. Out of 16 courses, only allows me to see 7, and none of those in my learning will load. The app is junk. Zero stars.

    I bought 5 courses in 2019 and completed the Growl Class Demo by Dr. Ian Dunbar. All five of my courses are missing. I showed proof that I was charged for and paid through Apple. The company didn’t send out copies of receipts to my email address and are now saying that I have no courses attached to my account even though I definitely have been charged and have proof.

    I bought a course in the app so that I can study but this app makes it impossible. Everything was fine until the fifth video on the course that didn’t want to play. Then I noticed that there are a lot of videos that don’t work. I uninstalled it and installed back to may now this videos that didn’t want to play in the beginning are working fine but I can’t see the list of all the other videos inside the course. Don’t recommend this app

  • Courses just straight up gone

    The platform is extremely glitchy. I was trying to access to my purchased course, and it was not playing. I tried downloading it to see if it would play from there. When I went back to my courses, it was just gone. I searched everywhere, and the only thing I can find is the download that says it’s still pending. Trying to find anybody to get in touch with is a nightmare, I searched for about 20 minutes and finally found its AI support bot.
