“Ray's consulting skills are fantastic: He's given me a lot of valuable insight into M&A due diligence processes and open source software licensing. He immediately understood my questions and answered them with just the right amount of detail from both legal and technology perspectives. Ray also gave me not just one but two suggestions that I originally never really considered but which made perfect sense in retrospect and I intend to pursue further. I'm very glad to have spoken with him and now know him as a great resource for any further technology law questions I may have.”
