Updates

  • We stopped building month-end packets by hand. Owner Statements come out of AppFolio, a memo is drafted, the packet is emailed and archived per owner. The trick was to switch away from fund-wide summaries and standardize on Owner Statements so each recipient only sees their properties. We shipped it on Apps Script with a simple Sheet for owner mapping. One trigger, one log, zero copy-paste. If you want per-owner packets to land on the first business day without manual assembly, this is the build we run. DM or book a quick call.

  • Cornerstone runs your medical record. It should not have to run your reminders and CRM too. We shipped a safe bridge that uses scheduled exports, a tiny sync service, and opt-in aware SMS and email. No manual CSV edits. No duplicate messages. This post shows the exact pattern we run in production: normalization, dedupe, mapping to your CRM, and a ledger so re-runs are safe. If you want recalls, post-visit follow-ups, and call lists to manage themselves while Cornerstone stays the system of record, this is how we build it.

  • We shipped a Tailwind TMS bridge that turns dispatch activity into clean QuickBooks entries and automatic customer status updates. No public Zapier app. Invoice and bill exports are totals-only. We solved it with a diff-ledger, deterministic line generation, and strict name matching. If your team is still rekeying, this shows the exact pattern we run: exports or token in, idempotent map, posted docs out, plus status emails or CRM updates. Breakdown, code, and a diagram are here. If you run Tailwind and want this live, reply or book a working session.

  • We shipped an AMS360 integration that auto-generates ACORD packets and keeps the CRM fresh without manual rekeying. Two lanes: official AMS360 API when enabled, scheduled CSV exports when it is not. Same normalized schema. Same idempotent upserts. eForms do not back-populate records. We generate PDFs from canonical data, attach in the CRM, and keep marketing segments current. If your team is still downloading reports to build lists, this post shows the exact build, gotchas, and code.

  • Studios ask us for rebooking on autopilot without living in exports. We shipped a ClubReady integration that does exactly that. ClubReady API in. Automation Rules call our webhook in real time. We upsert to your CRM and enroll no-shows and 14/28-day recalls automatically. No native Zapier app is not a blocker. We run direct: API key auth, form-encoded adds when required, and a dedup ledger so ops can trust it. If you run ClubReady and want rebooking and recall handled without spreadsheets, this post shows the exact pattern we put in production.

  • We shipped a Towbook webhook-style integration for a towing operator where Towbook does not expose public webhooks. We capture Towbook notifications, normalize them, and route to Slack, Google Sheets, and HubSpot with idempotency. Dispatch sees alerts, managers get a live ledger, sales gets context. No Towbook internals assumed. Email routing covers new jobs. Polytomic fills the edit and close gap with an API token sync. One router fans out everywhere. If your team is copy-pasting Towbook into Slack and CRM, this pattern stops the swivel. DM me "Towbook" and I will send the architecture and a build checklist.

  • Agencies quote in weeks and bill in surprises. Freelancers vanish after handoff. A full time hire is 70,000 dollars a year before they build a single thing. A membership is a flat monthly fee, working builds in days, and you can cancel anytime. We put all four side by side on one page so you can do the math yourself. Link in the comment.

  • "Unlimited requests" sounds like a trick. It is not, and here is the honest mechanic. You queue as many automations and AI agents as you want. We build them one at a time, top of the list first, ship in 2 to 4 days, then pull the next. The queue is unlimited. The active build is what keeps the quality high. You always know exactly what is being worked on right now.

  • 250 plus automation projects shipped across real estate, healthcare, trades, finance, and professional services. The pattern was always the same. Owners paying people to do work a system should be doing, and agencies quoting weeks and billing in surprises. So we turned it into a membership. One flat monthly fee, queue as many requests as you want, pause anytime. Link in the comment.
