The final whistle is not the end. It is where the next opportunity begins. 🔴⚽ Across Coca-Cola HBC, football is more than a tournament moment. It is a powerful platform to create value for customers, connect with consumers, and bring our 24/7 portfolio closer to key occasions before, during and after the match. Building on The Coca-Cola Company’s long-standing FIFA partnership, our teams brought the FIFA World Cup™ to life across markets through local partnerships, limited-edition packaging, customer activations, public viewings, digital engagement and interactive fan experiences such as the Coca-Cola Penalty Kick Challenge. Created at the CCHBC Digital Innovation Hub, this AI-enabled activation gives fans the chance to recreate famous football penalties. Following its pilot at our Leadership Conference, it was quickly rolled out across our markets as part of broader consumer activations. It is now live in the US as a VIP hospitality experience for the final games. From nationwide activations in Egypt to strong retail, HoReCa and on-the-go execution in Switzerland, our markets showed how football can strengthen customer partnerships, increase portfolio relevance and create memorable consumer experiences. The tournament also provided a special moment to recognise colleagues who earned the opportunity to experience the FIFA World Cup™ firsthand following their outstanding performance in a Q1 sales competition in partnership with The Coca-Cola Company. 🏆 A big Thank You to everyone for helping turn the passion for football into a year-round platform for sustainable growth. ❤️ #24x7Portfolio #CustomerValue #CocaColaSystem #TeamCCHBC

This week, our Bitesize Investor series returned, shining a spotlight on Egypt and giving investors and analysts a closer look at the progress and potential of the business. For the first time, the event also adopted a hybrid format, bringing together in-person and virtual audiences. A large, dynamic and culturally rich country, Egypt is a strategically important market with strong momentum. Since our acquisition in 2022, it has become our third-largest market, accounting for around 11% of our total volumes. Our Group Chief Operating Officer, Naya Kalogeraki, General Manager for Egypt, Adnan Topic, Chief Financial Officer for Egypt, Kostis Vairlis, and People & Culture Director for Egypt, Sherif Fouad, together with members of our Executive Leadership Team, shared perspectives on Egypt's progress since the acquisition, highlighting the investments, capabilities, portfolio expansion and strong partnerships with The Coca-Cola Company and Monster Energy that have strengthened the business and created new opportunities for growth. At the heart of this progress are our teams in Egypt, whose talent, commitment and expertise continue to drive success across the country. We are excited about the opportunities ahead in Egypt and across Africa, and the important role the continent continues to play in our company’s growth journey. For years, Ronan heard far more “no’s” than “yeses”. Rejection, setbacks and the everyday chaos of life taught him that resilience is built in the small moments, not the big victories. Then, one sunny Friday afternoon during the May bank holiday weekend, while spending time in the garden with his children, the phone rang. After years of disappointment, he answered with little expectation. This time, however, he heard the words: “Ronan, congratulations, you’ve been successful.” But his story is not about finally getting a “yes”. It is about everything that came before. Because rejection is not failure. It is often redirection. And resilience is not about never falling down. It is about getting back up and trusting that sometimes the unexpected path is the one that leads us exactly where we are meant to be. We play to grow and win. A very proud moment for our Schimatari Plant in Greece, welcoming Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis for the inauguration of the new PET production line, advancing productivity, innovation and sustainability performance. The inauguration took place in the presence of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Coca‑Cola HBC, Mr. Anastassis David, CEO Zoran Bogdanovic, COO Naya Kalogeraki, and the General Manager of Coca-Cola Tria Epsilon Svetoslav Atanasov, highlighting the strong position of the Greek business unit within our company as well as our confidence in the people of Greece and the country's bright future. Coca-Cola Tria Epsilon has invested more than €180 million in Greece in the last five years. These include the €20 million investment in the new PET line and a further €31 million investment by 2028 in a new, state‑of‑the‑art Logistics Centre in Attica. In addition, a €1 million donation from the Coca‑Cola HBC Foundation was announced for the fire protection enhancement of the traditional Amfissa Olive Grove. As we continue investing in Greece for the long-term, our thanks go to our people, whose commitment and care are creating shared value for Greece today and for many years to come.

A career is not a straight line. It’s a portfolio of experiences. In our latest Next Step Stories, Theodoros Athanasopoulos reflects on a decade of growth at Coca-Cola HBC. From starting in Field Sales to leading RGM strategies, and now joining the Group Corporate Affairs & Sustainability team as Group Refillables Manager, Theodoros proves that every role is an investment in future capabilities. By moving from the energy of the field to the strategic environment of the central office, he mastered the art of "translating" market reality into business performance. Today, he leverages those skills to drive our Net Zero transition and Refillables strategy across the group. "You won’t be starting over; you’ll be starting higher, on a broader foundation." At Coca-Cola HBC, we back curiosity, create space to build skills, and help you turn experience into impact. We play to grow and win.
