Strengthen collaboration, identify conflicts early, and guide teams through change processes, including consistent follow-up on agreed measures.
Methodically support Product Owners and stakeholders, moderate meetings and events, providing structure, clarity, and transparency throughout the development process.
What You'll Need
Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development, ideally in complex enterprise or regulated environments.
Completed university degree (preferably in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable MINT degree) with very good results; relevant Scrum certifications (e.g., PSM, CSM) are a strong plus.
Excellent applied knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban or similar) and proficient use of collaboration and project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and comparable solutions.
Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, precisely, and appropriately for the audience.
Strong communication skills, ability to inspire others, reflective, constructively critical, high degree of empathy, self-responsibility, and professionalism.
