    We designed, delivered and facilitated a (remote) feedback course to help people who work in a cross-functional team learn, adapt, and collaborate more effectively while empowering leaders to strengthen and model a thriving feedback culture.

    In this project, we applied Lean UX design process: starting with qualitative and quantitative data to formulate a hypothesis, prototyped a minimum viable curriculum, tested with participants, and iterated based on the feedback collected.

    - Designed a curriculum with clear learning objectives for adults learners in an international workplace
    - Purposefully crafted participant experience using Training from the Back of Room principles and Liberating Structures

    Execution & Iteration
    - Developed internal marketing strategy to create awareness for the feedback product
    - Facilitated 6 cohorts using Miro for virtual collaboration, maintaining 90%+ engagement
    - Gathered and analyzed participant feedback after each cohort for continuous improvement

    L'applicazione consente di avere uno strumento integrato ed ottimizzato per la gestione di molteplici attività, quali la gestione delle azioni correttive a fronte delle criticità in ambito garanzia ed il controllo semplificato e completo delle schede relative ai piani di affidabilità.

    All'interno della gestione dei processi di business aziendali, il sistema copre due macro aree:

    1) Monitoring di costi e di frequenze di guasti durante il periodo di garanzia attraverso la produzione di report basati sugli indicatori KPI (Key Performance Indicators) per l’analisi delle performance globali e per la gestione di tutti i fornitori;

    2) Reengineering del processo di gestione delle schede di affidabilità attraverso la definizione della gerarchia dei componenti appartenenti al modello in sviluppo, con lo scopo di intraprendere delle azioni migliorative finalizzate all'abbattimento della frequenza di guasto e all'individuazione di tutti gli attori operanti nel piano di affidabilità.

    - Generazione in tempo reale di documenti nei principali formati (.xls, pdf)
    - Struttura 3-layer per garantire un’elevata mantenibilità

    - Integrazione con i principali sistemi informativi Quality e Manufactury per il recupero dei dati.
