Engineering doesn't have a gender. Great engineers have passion, curiosity, and the drive to solve problems.   On 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗪𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝘆, we celebrate the women who are making an impact across our industry every day. According to UNESCO, women represent only around 28% of engineering graduates worldwide, highlighting the continued opportunity to encourage more women to pursue engineering careers.   The goal isn't to define engineers by gender.
