Sia is delighted to announce that Marie-Alice GOUJARD has been appointed Chief People Officer for EMEA & APAC.   Based in Paris, Marie-Alice will now lead people strategy across both regions, building on her track record in this area at Sia.   A graduate of EDHEC Business School, Marie-Alice joined Sia in 2018 as Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding. Last week, Sia hosted a Voice AI Hackathon in partnership with ElevenLabs. Among the shifts that are set to reshape customer engagement, we see a major reversal: the years-long push to reduce customer interactions through self-service is about to give way, as AI makes interactions easier, more proactive, and more personalized. In addition, by 2029, 25% of customer interactions are expected to be agentic, with voice becoming one of the primary interfaces between businesses and their customers. To explore this, 50 Sia consultants spent the evening designing and building Voice AI agents for real business challenges. Three projects stood out: - First place: Memor'IA Voice, a voice companion supporting people living with Alzheimer's disease, proactively checking in and keeping caregivers informed. - Second place: AI Banking Advisor, streamlining KYC and account opening for financial institutions. - Third place: Tourism Voice Assistant, a multilingual guide helping tourists discover hotels and local attractions. This is only the beginning. We'll keep exploring Voice AI and agentic technologies to help clients turn innovation into business value.
