Recently, our CEO & Founding Partner, Mor Assia, sat down with Haggai Klorman-Eraqi on the Aggaeus podcast to talk about the Israeli tech ecosystem and the core thesis at iAngels. The conversation covered our early days, what we look for in founders, and how AI is changing the landscape. Mor also shared a core piece of our philosophy: when we invest, there are no two sides of the table. There is only one round table, and we are partners building together. Thank you, Hagai and the team, for the wonderful conversation and for having us. Full episode linked in the first comment👇

AstraZeneca does not keep expanding a collaboration unless real value is delivered. Today, Immunai announced an expanded $37.5 million collaboration with AstraZeneca over 2026 and 2027. I’m so proud of the real-world progression this shows for what we’re building. We're still early in understanding what AI can really do in drug development. But what we're seeing with AstraZeneca gives us confidence we're delivering value. Clinical teams in multiple pharma companies are using Immunai's platform to figure out which patients to enroll, why a drug worked or didn't, and how to get dosing right before it becomes a costly late-stage mistake. That is the bar. Not an abstract AI promise. Real work in real programs. I'm very grateful to Susan Galbraith for her partnership and friendship over the last few years. Really appreciate the partnership and support from the amazing AstraZeneca colleagues Ikbel Achour Jorge Reis-Filho Craig Maxwell Leora Horn Matt Hellmann Maurizio S. Simon J. Hollingsworth Gary Doherty, Anas Younes, Gayatri Varma, Laura E Collins. And above all, to the amazing Immunai team - you guys never cease to amaze me! Dearest David, I’m short of words but not of tears. It will take me time to process our loss of you. For eleven years we went through so much together. You were the first startup I led through iAngels and my first board position. Although we had an investor–founder dynamic, our relationship was so much more than that. We were two entrepreneurs growing our businesses side by side, intertwined, showing up for each other, helping each other, traveling, learning. You were always so generous with your knowledge, insights and time. At the time we met, you already had an exit as an entreprenuer and angel investing experience and I would often lean on your captivating presence and experience as I was slowly building my own. I remember how you used to teach me about AI for hours back when deep learning was still groundbreaking. No matter how busy you were, you would answer me within minutes, often within seconds, at any hour, willing to talk to anyone I asked you to, and do due diligence on any startup I passed your way. You made me laugh until I cried and always knew how to uplift my spirit, tease me and cheer me up. We also often had deep spiritual conversations that revealed how broad and beautiful your mind was. I remember coming to your wedding a week after I gave birth to Aviv, in the rain, because I simply couldn’t bear the thought of missing it. Your dedication to me, to your loved ones, to your business, and to your employees knew no boundaries. We always said you would be my unicorn, and in many ways you truly were. Rare, brilliant, and one of a kind. Our journey together shaped me as an investor and as a person. You truly set an example of what it means to show up for the people you care about, even in the most challenging times. What a loss this is for us and for the world. I promise we will do everything in our power to continue your legacy. I love you and will miss you deeply. With Mor Assia David Assia David Maman iAngels

In our latest webinar with KIEDF, Sheryl Sandberg joined iAngels Founding Partner Shelly Hod Moyal and Adi Azaria to discuss practical capital for Israel's recovery. Sheryl offered a powerful perspective on leadership and resilience, rooting her support for Israel in both her personal Jewish identity and her professional expertise in global economics. She described her refusal to remain silent about the sexual violence of October 7th, dismissing the professional backlash she faced as trivial compared to the suffering of the victims, and endorsed the Koret model of microfinance as a crucial "high ROI" strategy for rebuilding the nation's economic fabric. However, the most inspiring aspect of her message was her raw vulnerability regarding personal trauma; drawing a parallel between the national grief of war and the sudden death of her husband, she utilized the metaphor of Kintsugi, Japanese pottery repaired with gold, to champion the concept of post-traumatic growth. Her insistence that the Jewish community, though broken, has the capacity to reassemble itself "stronger than it was before" transformed a conversation about financial aid into a profound call for emotional and communal renewal. We’re proud to share that Wild Moose has raised a $7M Seed round, led by iAngels, with participation from Y Combinator, F2 Venture Capital, and Maverick Ventures. “Wild Moose represents a new era in engineering,” said Mor Assia, Founding Partner at iAngels. “As teams increasingly leverage AI to develop and deploy faster, reliability becomes the foundation of trust between businesses and their customers. Wild Moose acts as the AI member of the R&D team — one that never sleeps, never misses a signal, and ensures consistency and quality at every step. It’s the silent force that protects uptime and performance, preventing the costly disruptions that can impact both revenue and reputation. We see it as a true competitive advantage — the game changing kind of technology every company will soon rely on to maintain excellence at scale." Congratulations, Yasmin Dunsky, Roei Schuster, Tom Tytunovich, and the entire Wild Moose team! We’re very proud to be part of the journey.
