Erez Eden shared thisHow I designed 🍄 Fungal without drowning in chaos. People often think building with AI is just hitting "generate" and hoping for the best. With Fungal, I learned that the secret isn’t the AI itself, it’s the 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 you build before you write the first line of code. I started Fungal by playing with mushroom and mycelium metaphors, focusing on earthy colors and typography to get the vibe right. I brought in a design agent, fed it my business brief, and iterated until we had a full, enterprise-ready design system (component libraries, designed.MD` specs, and core tokens). Only 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 did I write the PRD. Only 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 did I embed my personalised design skill file into the coding agent and start building. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗻? You don’t need the final design perfect on Day 1. But you 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 need rock-solid design tokens system. Building is an iterative, messy process. There were moments while coding Fungal where I saw an output, realized, "actually, that doesn't work," and had to pivot. Because the infrastructure was already there, refining the design was a fast update rather than a week of refactoring. Erez Eden shared thisההישג האנושי הכי משמעותי של ה-AI. צמצום כמות הפוסטים בסושיאל שמתחילים ב-״הרבה אנשים שואלים אותי לאחרונה...״ הפריחה של הפוסטים האלו החלה בסביבות 2020, אנשים החלו לקדם את עצמם כמשפעינים ואחת הדרכים הפופולריות למצב אותך ככזה היא לפרסם פוסט שמתחיל ב... אתם יודעים לנחש. הטרנד הנוראי הזה הגיע לפיק בשלהי 2022 ונראה שאין דרך לעצור אותו. אבל אז, בנובמבר 2022 הגיח ChatGPT לעולם. ״הרבה אנשים״ המשיכו לשאול שאלות, אבל הם פשוט שאלו את הצ׳אט. מיגור התופעה עדיין לא הושלם, אבל עובדים על זה.

An association that's been around since 1989 - with a real history and a real community behind them. They decided it was time for a complete website redesign. So they started looking for a UX/UI consultant. They found me through word of mouth. We shared screens, walked through their current site together, and brainstormed improvements in real time. Erez Eden liked thisErez Eden liked thisהקמפיין החדש שלנו נבנה סביב משפט אחד: Can't is dead. לקח לי כמה ימים להבין למה הוא לא יוצא לי מהראש. אבל אז קלטתי שהוא בכלל לא מדבר על טכנולוגיה. הוא מדבר על כל ה"אי אפשר" שהפכו עם השנים לעובדות. "אין צוות" "אין זמן" "אין תקציב" "זה מורכב מדי" ואז הגיע Base44 ולאט לאט שמתי לב שמשהו השתנה. כל פעם שעלה רעיון חדש, במקום לחפש את הסיבה למה הוא לא יקרה… פשוט התחלנו לבנות וככה התחילה לה מערכת האופרציה שבנינו. (ומי אני בלי Ofer Blutrich?) היא התחילה מבעיה אחת קטנה (סנכרון בין צוותי הפרודקט לשיווק, כמה מוכר…), והיום היא מחליפה עשרות אקסלים, מסמכים, בריפים, לוחות עבודה ושיחות Slack אינסופיותתתת שהתפזרו בין כולם. במקום לחפש מידע, לעבור בין לינקים או לשאול מי מעדכן את מה, הכול נמצא במקום אחד, לוחות זמנים, מי אחראי על מה, על מה ההשקות, תיאום בין צוותים, סטטוסים, תוכן, בריפים ועוד ועוד… והחלק שאני הכי אוהבת? היא אף פעם לא מוכנה. כל פעם שהדרך שבה אנחנו עובדים משתנה, גם המערכת משתנה איתנו. ולי- יש כבר רשימה של הדברים הבאים שאני רוצה לבנות. וזה, מבחינתי, אומר הכל. כי פעם כמה רעיונות פשוט נשארו בגדר רעיונות? והיום הבעיה היחידה שלי היא שאין לי מספיק זמן לבנות את כולם. אז אפשר להבין למה התחברתי כל כך… Can't is dead. ויש לי תחושה שהקמפיין הזה הולך לדבר להרבה מאוד אנשים בקרוב. 👀

Fungal is an organizational knowledge network that turns collective intelligence into version-controlled skills available to any AI agent via MCP. It captures knowledge from chat logs, documents, and individual expertise, crystallizes it into structured SKILL.md files, and routes them through human approval before publishing. Each skill improves over time through usage feedback, creating a living knowledge system that evolves as the organization works.
