Israeli cybersecurity startup Reflectiz has raised $22 million in a Series B funding round, marking a significant milestone in its mission to protect enterprise websites from hidden digital threats. Led by Fulcrum Equity Partners with participation from Capri Ventures, YYM Ventures, AFG Partners, and others, the funding will fuel the Boston-based company’s expansion of its AI-driven platform for web exposure management. Addressing the Growing Threat of Third-Party Risks Reflectiz’s innovative technology focuses on securing the “digital front door” of enterprises by continuously monitoring and detecting risks from third-party tools and open-source components.

Cybersecurity startup Rein Security has raised $8 million in funding. The round was led by Glilot Capital Partners and included well-known industry leaders such as Ofer Ben-Noon (CEO of Talon and co-founder of Argus), Amir Jerbi(founder of Aqua Security), and Yoav Alon (CTO of Orca Security). Founded in 2024, Rein Security has offices in Tel Aviv and New York. The company currently has around 23 employees. Rein Security was founded by Matan Bar-Efrat (CEO and co-founder) and Netanel Rubin (CTO and co-founder). Penetration testing startup Novee has emerged from stealth with $51.5 million in funding. The Israeli company is betting on AI-first offensive security, using custom-built AI agents designed to mimic how human penetration testers think, train, and operate. Led by former Orca Security product executive Ido Geffen, Novee says its platform autonomously discovers and helps remediate vulnerabilities by combining tools, real-world exploitation techniques, and human-derived workflows. “We are training our own purpose-built AI model that is specialized in cyber,” Geffen said, emphasizing that Novee is not simply wrapping existing large language models but building proprietary capabilities to scale penetration testing in response to AI-accelerated software development and increasingly sophisticated attacks. The funding will support talent expansion and further development as enterprises look for ways to identify weaknesses before attackers do.
