Ben Arie joins Pentera after serving as General Manager of Data Fabric at Cloudera following its acquisition of Octopai, where she was CEO. Earlier, she held leadership roles at SafeBreach and IBM Security's Trusteer, building expertise across product strategy, R&D, and cybersecurity. Yalon brings more than 15 years of cybersecurity experience, including over a decade at Checkmarx, where he founded and led the Checkmarx Zero research division and co-authored the OWASP API Security Top 10. Yael Ben Arie liked thisYael Ben Arie liked thisהיום לפני 6 שנים הוקם הפורום 🙌 מיזם כזה לא נולד מהחלטה או גחמה. הוא נולד מהצטברות של נקודות, שלימים יתחברו לרעיון אחד. בדיעבד, אני מבינה שפורום המנהיגות הנשית של ישראל לא התחיל לפני שש שנים. הוא התחיל הרבה קודם. אני זוכרת את הרגע הזה בתחילת שנות ה-20 שלי, שבועיים לתוך לימודי פסיכולוגיה, כבר לא הייתי אותו אדם. התחברתי למה שהזין את הסקרנות האינסופית להבין מה באמת מניע אנשים. מה קורה במוח שלנו, איך מערכת ההפעלה עובדת. אחר כך הגיעו שנים ארוכות של עיתונות כלכלית. קיימתי מאות ראיונות עומק עם מנכ"לים ומנכ"ליות וסדרה דוקומנטרית אחת על התפתחות הכלכלה הישראלית "סטארט אפ מדינה" . נפגשתי בחדרי ישיבות, במשרדים, במפעלים ובמסדרונות. למדתי להכיר מקרוב את אחורי הקלעים. מה קורה בחצר האחורית, ולא רק את מה שקוראים בעיתון. מה שמסתתר מתחת לכותרות. לאט־לאט הבנתי משהו. הידע הזה עושה הבדל. הוא יכול להיות משנה חיים. הוא שינה לי. הוא זוקק לתכנית תוכן שהיא הבסיס למפגשי הקבוצות. הרעיון היה לחבר את הנשים בראש הפירמידה זו עם זו על בסיס קבוע ללמידה והתפתחות. קבוצות של נשים חכמות, מנוסות, בשלות וערכיות שמתמודדות עם מערכות מורכבות, עם הובלת אנשים. המקום הזה שבו אפשר לעבור מסע אישי בקבוצת שוות לא שיפוטית, להבין את הכוחות שמפעילים אותך, להתמודד עם דילמות וקונפליקטים בניהול, עם פוליטיקה ארגונית, עם חסמים, עם קבלת החלטות מורכבות ועם השאלה איך ממשיכות לצמוח גם אחרי שמגיעות לשולחן ההנהלה הבכירה. במיוחד שם. כי להיות הנשים שעומדות בראש הפירמידה במערכות הגדולות בארץ זה לעשות משהו, שאפשר היה רק לחלום עליו עד לא מזמן. הייתי שם, כעיתונאית כלכלית. היו שם כמעט רק גברים. וכבר התפתחנו מאז, ואז באה הרגרסיה. נשים שוב נדחקו. יש היום כל כך מעט נשים בראש הפירמידה. אנחנו זקוקות לעוד הרבה נשים בתפקידי הנהגה, כדי שלנשים יהיה קול חזק יותר, שיישמע במקום שבו מתקבלות ההחלטות. כולנו, נשים וגברים, צריכים.ות לחזק את שדרת המנהיגות הנשית. זו העבודה של כולנו לדאוג לזה. קודם התגבשה התפיסה. ורק אז נולדה הקבוצה הראשונה. היום לפני שש שנים. "𝗪𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆." Tamir Ronen CISO at HiBob, runs security for a cloud-native HR platform managing employee lifecycles globally. His team had tools for cloud security, SaaS monitoring, endpoint protection. But they didn't have a way to see how those tools connected. Each system showed individual risks yet none of them showed how those risks chained together into exploitable attack paths. Within hours of deploying Breeze, Tamir's team found their first connected risk: three low-severity misconfigurations that, when combined, created a path to critical employee data. "One of the first findings we resolved was a set of low-risk misconfigurations that, when combined, formed a potential attack path, clearly demonstrating the value of Breeze." That's the gap most security teams have. Not missing individual findings, but missing how those findings can connect across your entire integration chain.
