I successfully completed my internship in the E-commerce and Marketing Department at D2C Ecommerce India Private Limited from 16 February 2026 to 30 May 2026. The internship provided me with valuable practical exposure to e-commerce operations and marketing activities. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my faculty guide, Prof. Dr. Sanjeev Malaviya Sir, for his constant support, valuable suggestions, and academic guidance throughout the internship period. I am also highly thankful to my company guide, SAKSHI SHAW (Deputy General Manager – People Asset), for her continuous guidance, encouragement, and support during my training in the areas of e-commerce and marketing. Stepping into the professional world for the first time came with plenty of lessons and even more gratitude. I’m grateful to have just wrapped up my Summer Internship as an E-commerce & Marketing Intern at D2C Ecommerce . Over the past few months, I had the opportunity to work on marketing and branding initiatives, including content strategy, social media, campaign planning, and brand communication, gaining hands-on experience that bridged the gap between academics and the real world. A heartfelt thank you to Manish Gupta sir and SAKSHI SHAW ma’am for trusting me with this opportunity and creating an environment where I could learn, contribute, and grow. Grateful to share that I have successfully completed my Summer Internship as an E-commerce & Digital Marketing Intern at D2C E-commerce. Over the past few months, this experience has been an incredible learning journey that allowed me to gain hands-on exposure to the dynamic world of e-commerce, digital marketing, and business operations. Beyond the professional learning, I had the opportunity to work alongside talented individuals, connect with fellow interns, MBA students, and industry professionals, and build relationships that I will always value. From Classroom Concepts to Real Business Decisions, A Summer of Learning, Growth & Gratitude I just wrapped up my summer internship as an HR & Founder's Office Intern at D2C Ecommerce, and it was nothing short of a full-circle learning experience. I came in expecting core HR work, Talent Acquisition, HR operations, but a startup doesn't let you stay in one lane for long. I found myself gaining exposure in Sales and Marketing, too, which gave me a real sense of how every function of a business connects and drives growth. Working directly under the Founder & CEO was the highlight for me. It shifted the way I think. Strategy isn't always about long frameworks and structured processes. Sometimes it's about reading the situation, making a quick decision, and owning the outcome. That's something no textbook fully prepares you for. I'm also proud to have been awarded a Letter of Appreciation (LOA) for my work during this internship.
