    Apart from my full time role with Maruti Suzuki, I have been working on a voluntary basis with National HRD Network (NHRDN) over the last 3 years. NHRDN is a not for profit body of over 10,000 HR professionals in India and I have been supporting the network in its objective of promoting enhanced capability of human resource professionals in order to enable them to make more impactful contributions towards enhancing competitiveness and creating value for businesses.

    Apart from my full time role with Maruti Suzuki, I have been working on a voluntary basis with National HRD Network (NHRDN) over the last 3 years. NHRDN is a not for profit body of over 10,000 HR professionals in India and I have been supporting the network in its objective of promoting enhanced capability of human resource professionals in order to enable them to make more impactful contributions towards enhancing competitiveness and creating value for businesses.
    I have been providing executive support to the senior leadership team of NHRDN and have supported several initiatives such as establishing global and domestic alliances, defining the 2 year plan for the new leadership team, membership expansion, explore creating a learning centre, amongst others. I was part of the core committee which organized the NHRD National Conference in 2010, one of its biggest with over 1300 HR professionals attending. I was also nominated to be a part of an Indian Delegation to Australia in 2010, a delegation of 18 senior Indian HR professionals.
