  • 🚩🟢 What's a website red flag that makes you leave instantly? And what's a green flag that makes you stay? We ran this trend by our Web Team and their answers were... interesting. 👀 In this edition of our Red Flag vs Green Flag series, we explore the small website details that can make or break a customer's experience. After all, even the best products and services can lose customers if the website experience falls short. Now it's your turn. 💬 What are the biggest red flags and green flags you've noticed on websites? We'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

  • What does it really take to build a brand that people connect with? In this behind the scenes video, our Junior Social Media Manager, Dhurukeshwarr Baskeran, takes you behind the scenes of how the team at TSA Media Group helped bring Souva, a Mediterranean hospitality brand, to life through branding, website development, strategy and social media. From understanding the audience to shaping a brand experience that felt right, every decision was the result of collaboration across our creative team. We're proud to work alongside talented teammates like Uvini Nanayakkara, Theja Perera, Nisal Herath and Naveen Thennakoon, whose creativity, collaboration and contributions played a key role in bringing the Souva vision to life. One of the most exciting challenges was positioning Souva within the highly competitive hospitality landscape of Southern Sri Lanka. Our goal was to create a brand that felt distinctive while staying true to its Mediterranean roots and its core ethos of fresh seafood, authentic souvlakis and a laid back surf culture lifestyle. Every creative decision was shaped around building an identity that would resonate with both locals and travellers seeking a memorable dining experience. We hope this video gives you a glimpse into the thinking, collaboration and creativity that went into bringing the Souva brand to life. If you're looking for a team that goes beyond execution to understand your brand, your audience and your vision, we'd love to create something meaningful together.

It's always a pleasure to go the extra mile for initiatives that create meaningful opportunities for Sri Lanka's entrepreneurial ecosystem. It was our privilege to be part of the First Capital Startup Nation 2.0 Press Conference as the Market Positioning and Strategy Partner, alongside an incredible group of ecosystem partners working towards a common vision. With over US$1 million committed to supporting promising startups, Startup Nation 2.0 represents a significant investment in the country's next generation of innovators and founders. We look forward to seeing the passion, creativity and ambition this year's participants bring to the program and wish them every success on the journey ahead. We're grateful to First Capital Holdings PLC and Hatch Works for the opportunity to contribute as the Market Positioning and Strategy Partner. It was equally rewarding to collaborate with fellow partners including SriLankan Airlines Official, Port City Colombo, Orion City, SLASSCOM (Sri Lanka Association for Software and Services Companies), Lankan Angel Network , National Innovation Agency , TiE Colombo, Founder Institute Sri Lanka, Castle Consulting, Impactr, TV Derana, Dishooom, FOX 91.4 FM, Pulse, Echelon, Fairway Hotel, Granbell Hotel and Sofia Colombo Hotel in supporting this shared vision for Sri Lanka's startup ecosystem.

  • Great ideas need healthy minds and healthy minds need time to recharge. After a busy day of brainstorming, meetings and bringing ideas to life, there was no better way to unwind than getting outdoors with the team. That's exactly what we did at our very first TSA Run Club on the evening of 10th July 2026 at Viharamahadevi Park. Together, we took on a 3 km run, not to compete, but to clear our minds, enjoy the fresh air and spend quality time with one another outside the office. What made the evening special wasn't just the run itself. It was seeing teammates come together in different ways, with some taking on the course and others cheering from the sidelines. Every bit of encouragement, every clap and every smile made the evening one to remember. A big thank you to everyone who joined us, whether you ran the 3 km or came along to support the team. Your energy and enthusiasm are what made our very first Run Club such a success. Here's to making time for our wellbeing, strengthening the bonds that make us a great team and creating many more moments like this. See you at the next run! 🏃♀️🏃♂️💜

  • The personalities behind great brands are often just as memorable as the brands themselves. That got us thinking: what if those personalities were people? We took some of the personalities you'll find behind great brands and reimagined them as familiar local characters. Meet Sahan the Showman, Ishan the Inventor, Kavi the Scout, Aunty Anoma, Mahesh the Mischiefer and Professor Priyantha. Each represents a unique strength that helps brands grow. Whether it's creating excitement, challenging convention, spotting opportunities early, building meaningful relationships, keeping the energy high or becoming the trusted expert everyone turns to, every personality has a role to play. So, which brand personality are you? Share your answer in the comments. We'd love to know which character you relate to most.

  • The end of a quarter gives us something we don't always make time for in the middle of busy schedules. A chance to pause, look back on what we've achieved, celebrate the people behind every milestone and reconnect before taking on what's next. Yesterday's Town Hall brought us together to do exactly that. We celebrated our team wins, reflected on the lessons we've learned, heard every voice, aligned on where we're headed and of course, shared plenty of laughs along the way. In an industry where marketers are constantly adapting to change, balancing tight deadlines and turning ideas into impact, it's easy to get caught up in the pace of it all. Moments like these remind us to pause, celebrate our progress, learn from our experiences and appreciate the people who make every milestone possible. The value of a Town Hall isn't just in reflecting on the quarter that's passed. It's in recognising the resilience behind the results, creating space for open conversations, strengthening the connections that make collaboration possible, and moving into a new quarter with a shared sense of purpose. Because behind every great idea, campaign, and achievement is a team that learns, supports and grows together. As we step into a new quarter, we're excited to see where our passion, creativity and teamwork take us next. If there's one thing this team has taught us, it's that the best ideas are built together. 💜

There is nothing more rewarding than seeing our work make a meaningful impact and hearing directly from the clients we have the privilege of working with. Following the launch of Smart Legal's new website, we were honoured to receive this thoughtful review and a special token of appreciation. Their words about our creativity, professionalism, attention to detail and dedication to delivering excellence mean more to us than they know. At TSA Media Group, we believe great websites are built on more than design and development. They are built on trust, collaboration, and a shared vision for success. To the entire team at Smart Legal, thank you for your confidence in us and for taking the time to share such generous feedback. Reviews like these inspire us to keep pushing boundaries, refining our craft and delivering exceptional digital experiences for every client we serve. We'd like to share the review we received following the launch of the Smart Legal website below: "Dear Pulditha, Naveen and the TSA team, I am deeply grateful for the outstanding website you guys have created. I have received so many compliments for it. The attention to detail, artistic flair, originality and user experience makes it simply outstanding. It has exceeded my expectations in every single way. You clearly put your heart and soul into it. You guys are a very talented bunch and we are lucky to have found you. The professionalism of your young team, work ethics, patience, sincerity and "can do" attitude is very admirable. You have an amazing future ahead of you. For a guy that has an allergic reaction to the term "IT", you guys have dealt with things such that it has been an absolute pleasure for me. I see your IT flair is contagious as Natasha has been doing a bit of coding herself! The quote you designed is easily the best conveyancing quote I have ever seen. Excellence seems to be a trait with TSA. You guys are clearly a phenomenal team. I am looking forward to meeting all of you in person some day in the near future. Wishing you guys all the success you so deserve. Hope you all enjoy the Buddhist festive season. Many thanks, Gajan" ❤️ This is exactly why we love what we do.

This is why we love what we do. We were truly honoured to receive a special token of appreciation from the Smart Legal team at the Kingsbury Hotel following the successful delivery of their new website. The thoughtful gesture, complete with some much appreciated chocolates, made the moment even more memorable. As a leading conveyancing firm, Smart Legal entrusted us with creating a digital presence that reflects their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to their clients. Seeing our work recognised in this way is incredibly rewarding for our team. A sincere thank you to the entire Smart Legal team for your trust, partnership and kind words. • There is something powerful about learning from mistakes before learning from success. At TSA Media Group, some of our biggest lessons did not come from perfect campaigns or flawless execution. They came from the challenges, setbacks and moments that pushed us to think differently and grow. That is exactly what we were excited to share at F Up Fridays by Hatch Works. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us last Friday. The conversations, questions and shared experiences reminded us that failure is not something to hide. It is often where the greatest learning begins. It was an honour to have our Founder, Uvini Nanayakkara and our Operations Manager, Nirma Kumarasiri, share honest insights from TSA's journey and the lessons that have shaped us along the way. We were also delighted to share the stage with Stefan Rajendran from Dishooom, whose perspectives added tremendous value to the discussion. A special thank you to Niresh Ratnagopal for hosting such an engaging session and creating a space where founders and professionals can openly share the realities of building businesses. Here is a small recap of what happened. To everyone who joined us, thank you for being part of the conversation. If you could not make it this time, we hope to connect with you soon and continue sharing, learning and growing together.

  • At first glance, the campaigns did not even seem broken. “Clicks were coming in. Traffic was moving. Campaigns were active”. But the more closely we observed performance across different brands, the more a different pattern started revealing itself. The ads were generating attention, but not enough clarity. That changed how we started looking at PPC entirely. Most PPC problems are not just campaign problems. They are often signs of deeper positioning and messaging issues earlier in the system.
