Most handoffs pass on the what and lose the why. So walk each other through it — recorded in Talktrack, right on the board, where the reasoning stays visible for your team and the AI building on it. What's new: → Record anywhere, not just in Miro → Record together, with two or more → Auto-generate transcripts, summaries, and chapters → Edit your video without leaving the canvas → Use as additional context for AI Jeff Chow, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Miro, shows what it looks like in action.

What a week in Berlin! 🚀 Last week, Team Miro touched down at WeAreDevelopers World Congress 2026. On stage, Hryhorii (Grisha) Pavlotskyi and Manjuri Sinha took the mic to share how modern teams are collaborating in the AI era — bringing the Miro way of thinking to a room full of tech and HR leaders. On the floor, our booth was buzzing for two straight days with developers, AI builders, and tech leaders stopping by to see what's next for visual collaboration and innovation. We also welcomed the Miro Women and Allies Community to our Berlin hub for an evening of hands-on AI workshops, thoughtful discussions, and new connections with people shaping the future of technology. While AI is transforming how we work, great ideas still come from people collaborating together. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared what you're building, and helped make the week so memorable. We can't wait to continue the conversation! #WeAreDevelopers #AI #Innovation #DeveloperCommunity

When everyone can build faster on their own, what holds the work together? Miro CEO Andrey Khusid explored this in an interview with McKinsey & Company. His take: as clearly defined roles give way to makers who build end to end, coordination becomes more complex, spanning people, agents, and the work between them. So the advantage goes to companies that take a more centralized approach to collaboration, where teams can focus on decisions with continuous context from AI. Product discovery is supposed to be messy. Scattered feedback, sticky notes, half-formed research, more questions than answers. Making sense of it is easier when a team can see the whole thing in front of them: the journey, the workflow, the decisions taking shape. This is where Miro does its best work. G2 just named Miro a leading AI tool for product managers, with our custom workflows rated 83% — helping teams move from raw ideas to shared, working boards. Thank you, we’ll happily take it. What changes when AI isn't an add-on, but part of how teams think and build together? Tata Consultancy Services used Miro to cut innovation cycles in half. In client workshops, teams co-created with AI — using personas to stress-test ideas and refine use cases, then building low-fidelity prototypes with stakeholders in the room. It collapsed the distance between idea, validation, and alignment into a single 90-minute session. In consulting, credibility lives in how fast an ambitious strategy becomes something a client can respond to. As Subin Pillai, Product Manager and Studio Lead at TCS Pace, put it: "The biggest value is the customer looking at us and saying, 'These guys are capable.'" Everyone’s got faster. So why isn't the output better? AI has pulled collaboration back toward text — walls of prompts and outputs passing between individuals, away from the shared surfaces where thinking happens together. Low-fidelity prototyping pulls the work out of the chat window. Build something rough, get it onto a canvas the whole team can see, and let them react to it. That's what design leaders unpacked at Canvas London: → Prototyping becomes part of discovery — you learn by doing, as Cat Drew Chief Design Officer at the Design Council, described. → It lets you fail fast, so teams can afford to be wrong more often and learn faster, as Pundarik Ranchhod, Experience Design Director at VML, put it. → It sharpens judgement, helping teams choose good design out of multiple options, as Anna Burrell, Head of Product Design, Research, and Service Design at Kingfisher plc noted.
