At The Talent Collective, we offer on demand, embedded talent acquisition solutions, all for a fixed monthly fee. It's that simple. Based in Amsterdam and Dubai, supporting clients across the Middle East, Europe, Africa, UK and North America. We chose to be a collective to give our clients the benefit of the broad network of professionals we know and trust. Whatever your people challenge may be, we have a collective colleague or collaborator who can help you solve it. Our co-founders, Sahiba Watson and Hannah Raju are both Global Talent Acquisition leaders and have been part of the growth story of many major international digital, SaaS and tech businesses. From seed companies, through to post IPO giants, they’ve led Talent Acquisition for companies including LinkedIn, Uber and Getir. They're experienced in supporting founders and leaders with their businesses through any stage of growth, maturity or change.     🤗 Community is back! It was awesome getting together with Terry from AXL Consulting and Alisher from Avery to discuss all things AI in People and Talent Acquisition at their event last week "Leading TA into 2026: The Future Outlook". 🤖 We had Leandro (the AI guy for those who don't know!) delivering a keynote that really challenged the idea that AI will replace us. Instead, he reinforced that task-based parts of our roles will be automated, and we need to understand what AI tools can enable for us. 🎤 I had the privilege and the pleasure of representing The Talent Collective as part of the panel discussion alongside Sivita from Polaroid and Thom from Rituals (B Corp™). Each of us brought very different experiences, yet shared aligned perspectives on what AI will mean for our industry by 2026. For us it was experimentation, going deep and narrow and solving for one topic at a time, doing more with less, or in Thom's case at Rituals (B Corp™) doing more with more!! Rituals are doing some cool things when it comes to experimenting with AI! 🧠 My biggest takeaway? Talent partners must become AI-fluent. Not just to work faster, but to get to better candidates, sooner - and to free up more time for the parts of our work that are uniquely human: relationships, context, judgment, and connection. 🥰 It was so great to meet some TA "friends from LinkedIn" too whom I'd wanted to share space with - thanks to those who said hi!! 👯 Community + curiosity + conversation = the future of our craft.
