Role Purpose:

Own and execute the regional roadmap for the Customs Services & Surcharges portfolio in the region (€470 million), ensuring adherence to global standards, KPI performance, pricing alignment, and governance discipline.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

• Manage, develop and drive concurrent projects/products/platforms within a domain.
• Possess competence in analyzing, designing, building or technically managing solutions that meet the business needs.
• Can perform various roles in quality assurance, configuration, testing, training and documentation of services required to implement/integrate the final solution.
• Demonstrate expertise on specific technology, product or platform, to be able to manage their build and run components.
• Work directly with DHL colleagues, customers, suppliers as directed by superior, to ensure that projects are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality.
• Participate in global project teams based on role and involvement.
• Act as BIT lead for global projects with full responsibility on the delivery.
• Stakeholder management.
• Cost management.
• Ensure audit compliance and product security management.
  
  
  

Do you have what it takes?

• Advanced University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field or similar experience/education.
• Professional Certification in at least one relevant Project Management Technique (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum/Agile) and IT Service Management Technique (ITIL).
• At least 7 years of multi-disciplined IT experience including: Experience in large matrixed organization having gained broad expertise managing large, network wide programs and projects tied to business goals.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a multinational enterprise, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector.
• Global experience, collaboration, building and leading virtual teams.
