Vice President Sales | Aviation Aftermarket | Rotables & Components

We are supporting a specialist aviation aftermarket platform in the search for a VP Sales to drive commercial growth across Western Europe.

This role focuses on developing relationships with airlines, MROs, and the aviation aftermarket, with a particular emphasis on airframe rotables, component solutions, and long-term customer partnerships. We're particularly interested in candidates who already have an established network within the Western European airline and MRO market and can quickly identify and convert commercial opportunities.

The Opportunity

• Own and execute the European commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across airline, MRO and aftermarket customer segments.

• Build on an established aftermarket platform with strong operational capability

• High degree of autonomy and visibility within the business

• Flexible working arrangement with location flexibility across Europe

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic relationships with airlines, MROs and aviation aftermarket customers across Western Europe

• Take ownership of regional sales pipeline, forecasting and revenue delivery

• Identify, pursue and secure new component and rotable sales opportunities

• Expand existing accounts and increase customer share-of-wallet

• Negotiate commercial agreements and manage the sales cycle through to completion

• Monitor market activity and customer demand to support business growth initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience selling airframe rotables, LRUs, components or USM solutions

• Strong network across airlines, MROs and aviation aftermarket stakeholders in Western Europe

• Demonstrable success in winning and developing customer accounts within the aviation aftermarket sector

• Commercially driven with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
