Our CEO Murtaza Ali spoke about what genuine inclusion requires. Superficial design choices do not bring women onto a platform. Understanding their needs does. That is why we have recruited more women into customer facing and leadership roles, and built a credit scoring system rooted in real transaction behaviour. The result: thousands of women running home based businesses on JazzCash, building financial histories, and accessing formal credit, often for the first time. At the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP)’s InvestPak launch event, Finance Minister Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb highlighted JazzCash’s role in making Government of Pakistan T-Bills more accessible to Pakistanis. Market T-Bills on the JazzCash App have been launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan, enabling customers to invest in government-backed securities from as low as PKR 5,000. By simplifying the investment journey, JazzCash is opening access to formal investment opportunities for more people, enabling them to participate more actively in Pakistan’s Cashless economy.

JazzCash RAAST QR is now available across 450+ Shell stations nationwide, making fuel payments more convenient. JazzCash participated in the relaunch ceremony of Shell Service Stations in Lahore. Representing JazzCash were Arif M Chaudhary, Head of Public Sector Partnerships, and Umair Ali Khan, Head of Enterprise Business, joined by members of the regional team. The partnership will continue to expand QR acceptance across Shell’s non-fuel retail facilities and JazzCash’s broader product suite.
