“Mathilde is a strong performer and an incredible asset to any organization. Her leadership and exceptional organisational skills combined with her ability to multitask and get things done in time with a very high quality of execution enabled her to achieve major projects at Waze that had massive impact on the entire organization. She managed around half of Waze France revenue across a very large book of business. Besides her AM role where she excels, she stepped up on many roles outside her core job: - fostering x-team collaboration to improve our offering, performances and operational efficiency - developing performance analysis, insights and sales narratives to unlock new opportunities - conducting annual business planning and business reviews for the leadership - leading France and global initiatives (ops, sales, team development...) - hiring and mentoring new AMs... Mathilde has brought tremendous value to the EMEA team and was transferred to Singapore early 2019 to support the growth of our business in South East Asia. She was fully involved in reaching Waze France objectives until her very last day in the team which helped us to start the year in the right way and shows her great professionalism. ”
