The award was presented by President Droupadi Murmu during the second Civil Investiture Ceremony held at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi on June 23. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah were among the dignitaries present at the ceremony.
