1 cup rice, 5 tbsp desi ghee, 1 green capsicum, 1 carrot, 1 yellow capsicum, 1 red capsicum, 250 gms paneer, salt to taste, 1 onion, 1 tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp white vinegar, 2 tbsp spring onion, 2 green chillies, 4-6 garlic cloves, 1 tsp ginger, 1/2 cup steamed corn, and 2 tbsp coriander leaves.

Wash and pressure cook rice with 1.5 cups of water. Let the pressure release naturally. Spread it on a greased base and let the rice cool down.

In the meantime, heat ghee in a wok.

Add garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Let them splutter and then add onions. Saute for 1 minute.
