Katie Holmes has ignited relationship rumours as she was captured in a PDA-packed public debut with artist Jason Bard Yamosky.
An eyewitness, who was present for Holmes, 47, and Yarmosky’s date told People that the pair appeared to be enamoured with each other already.
The bystander also informed them that they couldn't keep their hands off each other.
The couple was attending a screening of Olivia Wilde’s movie, “The Invite” hosted by The Cinema Society at the East Hampton Regal UA on Friday Night.
Katie Holmes, the Dawson's Creek star has dated multiple high-profile men throughout her life.
Let's have a look.
Dawson Creek’s Joshua Jackson
Katie had an undeniable chemistry with her Dawson’s Creek co-star Joshua Jackson. As Elle reported, the couple immediately hit a connection, offscreen on the set of the show in 1997.
They started dating during the filming of the first season of the show. In an interview with the Rolling Stone, in 1998, Holmes revealed, “I met somebody last year. I fell in love, and it was something so incredible and indescribable that I will treasure it always, and that I feel so fortunate because he’s now one of my best friends.”
Although at the time of the interview, the couple had already broken up. But they continued maintaining a healthy and cordial relationship throughout the continuation of the show.
Surprisingly in a 2025 revelation, Jackson told Jesse Tyler Ferguson on the "Dinner's on Me" podcast, that he and Holmes still maintain a “very close” connection.
“It’s not a daily call. Sometimes it’s not a weekly or monthly or even a half-yearly call. But when you’re together, A, there’s always that I know you know,” Jackson said of his connection to his former co-stars, including Holmes. “And B, there is, you know, these moments, like, these major moments in life are, other than your husband, there’s probably no other people in your life that you are that forged to. Because you had to go through good and bad and happy and fuck you and don’t talk to me and I love you.”
The two stars started working together on Holmes’s Happy Hours in 2025, playing a couple.
Chris Klein
In the early 2000s, the American Pie actor Chris Klein and Holmes were in the news everywhere. They ran into each other and began their dating life in 2002.
Despite getting engaged the couple broke up in 2005. Although there was no clear statement on their parting ways, it was in an interview with the People, when during their engagement, Klein shared that she was on set in Wilmington, North Carolina, for Dawson’s Creek, while he lived in Los Angeles.
“We certainly don’t see each other as much as we’d like, but we try to use the time that we have to the best of our advantage,” Klein shared.
In another interview with Seventeen, writer Deb Baer asked Holmes if she’d ever “dreamed about her wedding day” in an attempt to get more info, to which she replied: “I used to think that I was going to marry Tom Cruise.”
Tom Cruise
Holmes surprised her fans in the early 2005s when she seemingly started getting in close terms with actor Tom Cruise. What began as a romance, culminated in a marriage. The pair got engaged in two months and were expecting their daughter Suri Cruise. The couple got hitched in November 2006, about 7 months after Suri was born.
In an interview with Oprah Winfrey, in 2005, Cruise excitedly declared, “I love Katie Holmes!” the actress came out at the end and seemingly referenced the earlier interview answer. She reiterated marrying him was a childhood dream, adding, “I’m glad I was a big dreamer!”
In an interview with Playboy in May 2012, while speaking about Holmes, Cruise reverently mentioned, “She is an extraordinary person. When she walks into the room, I just feel better.”
But their five year long married life came to an end with Holmes filing divorce. She wanted the primary custody of their 6 year-old-daughter Suri. Cruise, who was 50 at that time, had visitation rights.
Jamie Foxx
Holmes' relationship with Jamie continued for six years but the pair maintained privacy and were not quite vocal about their relationship in the initial days of their dating lives.
In October 2013, Foxx denied the rumors of their relationship to Entertainment Tonight, saying they were “100 percent not true.”
In 2015, a source told People that they were indeed dating, but it was casual.
Emilio Vitolo Jr.
Katie Holmes' relationship with chef Emilo Vitolo Jr. was brief, which blossomed in September 2020. The couple was captured multiple times in Manhattan.
According to the US Weekly, a source told them, “Their relationship fizzled. They figured out they’re better off as friends. There’s no drama that went down with the breakup, and in fact, they’re still friends. Katie and Emilio really enjoyed their time together—it just simply didn’t work out. She’s focusing on being a mom and her upcoming projects.”
Bobby Wooten III
In April 2022, speculations arose that Holmes started dating musician Bobby Wooten III as they were seen kissing on a date to the Guggenheim Museum according to US Weekly.
But by December of that year, they had split up.
“Katie and Bobby broke up last week; she’s no longer [talking] about him to his friends,” an insider told Us Weekly. “They just didn’t work out together for the long run.”
