Iran Ally's Deadly Drone Strike Kills Israeli Soldier As Fighting Intensifies In Southern Lebanon

Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for a deadly drone strike in southern Lebanon, saying an Israeli soldier was killed after the group targeted troops inside a building in the town of Chamaa. The Iran-backed group said it used an "Ababil" drone and also struck an Israeli military vehicle in nearby Tayr Harfa. The attack comes as Israel expands military operations deeper into southern Lebanon and prepares for a possible offensive toward Hezbollah strongholds. The latest escalation highlights the growing intensity of the Israel-Hezbollah conflict despite repeated calls for a ceasefire.
