The Koç University & Swiss Arbitration Academy International Arbitration Programme will take place at Koç University, Istanbul, on 1–3 September 2026. Organised by Koç University in collaboration with Swiss Arbitration Academy and in partnership with Turkic Arbitration Association (TAA), the programme will bring together arbitrators, practitioners, academics, corporate counsel and graduate students from across jurisdictions. Over three days, the programme will examine core questions of international commercial arbitration through Turkish, Swiss, Central Asian and Caucasian perspectives. Sessions will address arbitration agreement drafting, case management, written advocacy, hearings and cross-examination, tribunal deliberations and award writing, enforcement and annulment risks, construction arbitration, corporate and M&A disputes.
