Noon - Education for Everyone

نون التعليمية تستحوذ على منصة "المخفي" لتعزيز ريادتها في قطاع تقنيات التعليم أعلنت شركة نون التعليمية عن توقيع اتفاقية استحواذها على منصة "المخفي"، إحدى الشركات الناشئة التابعة لبرنامج MVPLAB ضمن مبادرات National Technology Development Program ،  وذلك في خطوة استراتيجية تعكس التزام نون بالتوسع المستمر في قطاع التعليم وتطوير تجارب تعليمية مبتكرة لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية عبر مسار نون. مسار نون هو مسار تعليمي مخصص لطلاب المرحلة الثانوية والمتوسطة، صُمم ليكون الطريق الأمثل والأقوى نحو القبول في أفضل الجامعات. يجمع بين التأسيس القوي في اختبارات القدرات والتحصيلي مع تعليم متقدّم في اللغة الإنجليزية، بالإضافة إلى تدريب عملي على أحدث المجالات البرمجة، تطوير الألعاب، والدرونز باستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي. يأتي هذا الاستحواذ ليجسّد رؤية نون التعليمية في تنويع محفظتها من الحلول التقنية والمحتوى التعليمي المتميز، بما يواكب تطلعات الجيل الجديد، ويقدّم تقنيات مبتكرة تسهم في رفع جودة التعلم وتحفيز الطلاب على التفوق. وتُعد منصة "المخفي للتدريب على القدرات والتحصيلي  والتي استفاد منها أكثر من 250 ألف خلال 8 سنوات  من أبرز المبادرات الناشئة التي أثبتت جدارتها ضمن برنامج MVPLAB، حيث نجحت في بناء قيمة مضافة في مجال التعليم الرقمي، مما جعلها شريكًا استراتيجيًا مثاليًا لرحلة نون التعليمية نحو التوسع والابتكار. Noon Education Acquires “Almakhfi” Platform to Strengthen Its Leadership in the EdTech Sector Noon Education has announced the signing of an agreement to acquire the “Almakhfi” platform, one of the startups affiliated with the MVPLAB program National Technology Development Program . This strategic step reflects Noon’s commitment to continuous expansion in the education sector and to developing innovative learning experiences for high school students through Noon Track. Noon Track is an educational pathway designed for middle and high school students, created to be the strongest and most effective route toward admission to leading universities. It combines strong preparation for the Qudrat and Tahsili exams with advanced English language education, in addition to practical training in the latest fields, including programming, game development, and drones using artificial intelligence. This acquisition reflects Noon Educations vision of diversifying its portfolio of technology solutions and distinguished educational content in a way that meets the aspirations of the new generation. It also introduces innovative technologies that contribute to improving the quality of learning and motivating students to excel. The “Almakhfi” platform for Qudrat and Tahsili preparation, which has benefited more than 250,000 students over eight years, is considered one of the most prominent emerging initiatives that proved its merit through the MVPLAB program. It successfully created added value in the field of digital education, making it an ideal strategic partner for Noon Education’s journey toward expansion and innovation.

بعد 8 سنوات من العمل، التجربة، والتعلّم… أعلن اليوم عن استحواذ نون التعليمية على منصة «المخفي». بدأت المخفي كمبادرة بسيطة لمساعدة الطلاب على الاستعداد لاختبارات القدرات والتحصيلي، ثم تحولت مع الوقت إلى مجتمع تعليمي استفاد منه أكثر من 250 ألف طالب وطالبة. خلال هذه الرحلة، بنينا محتوى تعليميًا، وبنوك أسئلة، ومنتجات رقمية، ومجتمعًا كان هدفه دائمًا أن يجعل رحلة الطالب أوضح وأسهل وأكثر فاعلية. أشعر بالفخر بكل ما بنيناه، وبالامتنان لكل طالب، ومعلم، وشريك، وزميل كان جزءًا من هذه الرحلة. وشكر خاص لشريكتي في التأسيس أميرة العبداني، وفراس العودة، ولكل من آمن بالمخفي منذ بدايتها. فصل يُغلق… وفصل أكبر يبدأ. متحمس جدًا لما هو قادم مع نون التعليمية. After 8 years of hard work, experimentation, and learning, I’m proud to announce Noon Education’s acquisition of Almakhfi. Almakhfi started as a simple initiative to help students prepare for the Qudrat and Tahsili exams. Over time, it grew into an educational community that has supported more than 250,000 students. Throughout this journey, we built educational content, question banks, digital products, and a community with one clear goal: to make each student’s learning journey clearer, easier, and more effective. I’m proud of everything we have built and deeply grateful to every student, teacher, partner, and team member who has been part of this journey. A special thank you to my co-founder, Ameera Alabdani, Firas Alawda, and everyone who believed in Almakhfi from the very beginning. One chapter closes, and a bigger one begins. I’m incredibly excited for what’s ahead with Noon Education.
