We are proud to share that this month we celebrated a huge milestone as the one-millionth Greenstar 4000 boiler officially left the Worcester Bosch distribution centre. 👏 Since launching in 2021, the Greenstar 4000 has rapidly become a benchmark for reliability and quality across the UK. Last month, a team of 10 colleagues from across the business proudly represented Worcester Bosch at The Big Construction Diversity Challenge for the second year running. The event brings the construction industry together to champion equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), while raising vital funds for charity partner CRASH. During the event, our team took on a range of physical, mental and skills-based challenges, demonstrating outstanding teamwork, determination and plenty of team spirit. While we didn't take home the overall title, we were delighted to win two challenge awards - 'Walk the Plank' and 'Bridging the Gap' - recognising the collaboration, creativity and support we demonstrated throughout the day. A fantastic achievement and a great way to celebrate the values we live every day. 👏 Jo Shepherd, CEO of Worcester Bosch, said: "Events like this show what's possible when the industry comes together. This International Women in Engineering Day, we're proud to celebrate the women engineers at Worcester Bosch who are helping to drive innovation and shape our industry. Recently, we hosted a Boiler Room session, bringing together some of our valued women engineers across the business to share their experiences and discuss how we can continue supporting women in engineering, while driving positive change across the sector. The session explored both the opportunities and challenges facing the industry, highlighting the importance of representation, how diversity strengthens our teams, and the way we can continue to inspire the next generation of engineers. Our CEO, Jo Shepherd, commented: "Engineering is about solving problems, serving customers and making a difference every day. Our Boiler Room session highlighted the incredible contribution our female engineers make across Worcester Bosch, but also the opportunity we have as an industry to inspire more women and girls to see engineering as a rewarding and exciting career. The more diverse the talent we attract, the stronger our industry will become". 👏

We were delighted to host our key partners, British Gas, Centrica Home at our head office in Worcester over the past two days. The event focused on fostering collaboration and sharing initiatives to deliver the best outcomes for their customers. A highlight of the first day was the inspiring address by guest speaker, Team GB and England weightlifter, Sarah Davies.
