Aidan Joyce liked thisAidan Joyce liked thisAs FY27 kicks off, I'm delighted to share that I've been promoted to Digital Sales Account Executive at The Access Group! 🎉 Since joining the business just over a year ago, I've had the opportunity to learn, develop, and work alongside some incredibly talented people. I'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me along the way. In particular, Jordan Wilson, Kieran Hollis, and Tayla Chamberlain for your guidance, encouragement, and investment in my development. You've all played a significant part in helping me reach this next step in my career. In my new role, I'll be moving further with Access Financials, helping organisations gain greater visibility and control over their financial operations. A special thank you as well to Sophie Sutton, James Ramage, and Max Burbidge for your support and confidence in me throughout this process. I'm looking forward to learning from you and working more closely together as I begin this new chapter. Excited for the challenge ahead and looking forward to seeing what FY27 has in store.

I have technically been on garden leave for a month, although judging by how busy I have been, I am starting to suspect I have been doing garden leave wrong. It turns out I am far busier when I am not supposed to be doing anything. Looking back, I am genuinely grateful for the opportunities Epicor has given me. I have grown, learned a lot, and discovered what I actually enjoy doing in the ERP world. I have also had the privilege of working with some brilliant people - mentors, teammates, and a few who have become real friends. I have been fortunate to learn from exceptional people along the way and you know who you are. Thank you for putting up with me for this long. I have also been fortunate to work with some great customers over the years, and I have appreciated every partnership and conversation along the way. One piece of advice from a former manager has always stuck with me. When you get the chance to change roles, make sure the new one does more of what you like and less of what you do not. It is simple advice, but it has served me well. My next role lines up perfectly with that, and I am genuinely excited for the fresh challenge ahead in the ERP space. Before stepping into the new role, I am heading off on a driving trip that I have been looking forward to. I will share more about what comes next once I am back and the tyres have cooled, hopefully after a few good roads. To everyone at Epicor who has been part of the last decade and a half, thank you. It has been a pleasure and I am heading into what comes next with real appreciation for the people and experiences that shaped my time here.
