One thing that surprises many founders when setting up a UK company is how many different "addresses" are involved. Registered office. Director service address. Trading address. They sound similar, but they serve completely different purposes. Many international founders misunderstand this and accidentally expose their home address on the Companies House register. I wrote a short guide explaining the difference and how founders typically structure these addresses.
