Using techniques such as Machine Learning, the system continously learn from user interaction and from its own decisions. So that it could provide the user with the most relevant content for each case.

The user can insert the name of a medicine, an active ingredient or scan a barcode it with the camera and get information about it.

Hyper Heat Handler is an application designed to simplify crisis management during heat waves in a systematic way in order to optimize the process and maximize the usage of all available resources needed by rescue teams and help dispatch centres. Written in Java using RMI and MySQL for the course "Ingénierie Logicielle" (Software Engineering).

Instant messaging system using a Renesas microchip.
Written in assembly for microchip Renesas 3DKM16C/62PU. Done for the course "Design Using Microcontrollers" (Diseño Basado en Microcontroladores).

Solution of document management based on Nuxeo 5, a Document Management Application deployed over Tomcat or JBoss. Consulting and implementation of this solution as well as developing a web application using Athento Manager framework running over JBoss and interconnected to Nuxeo. Designing and implementation of different Web Services for the different external applications using documents from BBVA. All of this developed using J2EE technologies.

Semantic reasoner that can detect incompatibilities between drugs and blood test values ​​of hospital patients, producing alerts for the clinical staff to review.
Development and maintenance of both: the reasoning and the web application that communicates with it to show alerts generated to users of the hospital.

The project was also integrated with other projects from different companies which accomplished other tasks for the hospital, like managing blood tests and medical prescriptions. This was done with protocol HL7.

The project was migrated from an initial PostgreSQL version to a NoSQL version. In order to that, several options were analyzed: Cassandra, Neo4j, OrientDB, OrientGraph. Show less
