Designers see a new Submit for Activation button in Flow Builder, which sends the approval flow into Under Review status for a designated reviewer with Manage Flows. • The review flow is explicit. Admins can approve and activate, or return the approval process to Draft, while designers can recall an activation request if changes are needed. • This aligns well with least privilege and DevOps practices.
