You’ve become part of the architecture, and then you aren’t. I spent a decade at Amazon leading ER teams across Europe and beyond — always with the same underlying goal: making work a better experience for the people doing it. I was lucky to do that alongside many exceptional colleagues. From June 1 I’m Employee Relations Director EMEA at Amcor— one of the world’s leading packaging companies, in the middle of a major post-merger integration. Intrigued by the complexity. Impressed by the people — and enjoying learning from them.
