The system is built on the Salesforce.com platform and enables clients to book childcare services online for various hotels where Worldwide Kids Company (WWKC) operates in single page. With KCMS, admin users from WWKC can set up inventory, monitor real life booking activities of hotels over dashboards and partner users can instantly manage daily childcare service bookings for relevant resorts -
