Client: Global Good, a collaboration between the Gates Foundation and the innovation lab of Intellectual Ventures, focused on addressing gaps in the refrigerated vaccine supply chain ("cold chain") in regions with unreliable or minimal power infrastructure.

Project Overview

Level 11 was engaged to develop a centralized data solution for cold chain equipment and create visualization tools to reduce waste and costs. This initiative included building a mobile app, Varo, which extracts 30-day temperature data from “Fridge-Tag” monitoring devices, ensuring the safe and effective distribution of vaccines.

• Developed a Data Interchange platform to segment and route relevant data to appropriate stakeholders.
