On June 10, I had the opportunity to join our first-ever Global Management Meeting, connecting live from our Tokyo office with leaders and associates across the U.S., Australia, and around the world. What stood out to me most wasn't the presentation itself — it was the people. Seeing leaders and associates from different countries, cultures, and business environments come together to share experiences, exchange ideas, and talk about a shared future reminded me of what is possible when we truly work as one team. While we operate in different markets, we are united by a common goal: creating better experiences for our customers. That's why learning from one another, sharing best practices, and supporting each other's challenges and successes is so important. One thing became even clearer to me after this session: our greatest strength is not our stores or our brand. It's our people. By learning, growing, and working together across borders, our leaders and associates have an incredible opportunity to create even greater value for the customers and communities we serve around the world.
