Can we retire the phrase “I’m not technical”? Because if you’re launching products, making decisions with data, using AI, working with engineers, translating customer needs, leading teams, or bringing technology to market… you’re already doing tech. Somewhere along the way, we decided “tech” only counted if you were writing code. But that’s never been true. The future of technology isn’t being built by engineers alone. It’s being built by product managers, marketers, recruiters, designers, operations leaders, analysts, customer success teams, and countless women who’ve been contributing to innovation all along, whether they’ve called themselves “technical” or not. It’s time to stop asking if you’re “tech enough.” You already are.

She walks into a classroom every morning and runs one of the most complex operations in any industry. Thirty students. Four digital platforms. AI-powered grading tools. Data dashboards tracking who is falling behind before they know it themselves. Parent communications through apps. Curriculum built around software she taught herself over a weekend. Nobody called her a technologist. But that is exactly what she is. She is a tech woman. And GHC 26 is for her. #AllWomenAreTechWomen #GHC26 #WomenInTech #GraceHopperCelebration

You have 15 years in. You've mentored people who are now your peers. You've navigated reorgs, pivots, and the kind of industry shifts that don't come with a playbook. You're not looking for a conference that tells you how to update your LinkedIn. You're looking for peers at your level. Real conversations about what leadership looks like when AI is in the room. Access to the people shaping what happens next — because you're one of them. That's what GHC 26 is for. #GHC26 #WomenInTech #GraceHopperCelebration #TechLeadership #SeniorLeaders

Can I tell you something no one really says about GHC? The best thing you’ll get out of it probably isn’t the keynote, the swag, or even the recruiter conversation…It’s how it makes you feel. You spend so much of your career being one of the only women in the room that you stop realizing how much energy that takes. Then you walk into Grace Hopper Celebration and suddenly you’re surrounded by thousands of women who get it. The imposter syndrome, the ambition, the weird balancing act of wanting more while wondering if you’re asking for too much; something shifts. You leave with new connections, absolutely. But you also leave thinking a little bigger about yourself and what’s actually possible for your career. If you’ve been debating whether GHC 26 is worth it, read this first. I think it’ll answer the question you’re really asking.
