Educational innovation is most valuable when it can be shared. Earlier this summer, ASCTE partnered with Dwight School in New York to deliver our Summer Technology & Engineering Camp. ASCTE instructors traveled to NYC to teach four specialized learning experiences using curriculum developed by our team, giving students hands-on exposure to artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, engineering, and digital systems. The partnership reflects a growing interest in bringing proven, project-based STEM programs to students beyond Alabama. We appreciate The Dwight School for collaborating with us on this inaugural effort and look forward to future opportunities to work with schools across the globe that are committed to expanding high-quality STEM education.

ASCTE was honored to host the BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB OF NORTH ALABAMA for their annual Keystone Conference last week. Over the course of this three-day leadership event, students participated in sessions focused on content creation, personal finance, job readiness, college preparation, and leadership development. These experiences help equip young people with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to succeed in higher education, the workforce, and their communities. We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of North Alabama that are committed to empowering the next generation of leaders. The future of AI education isn't being built by one school. It's being built through collaboration. Earlier this month, ASCTE was honored to present at the Alabama Educational Technology Conference, where educators, school leaders, and representatives from the Alabama State Department of Education came together to share ideas and explore what's next for teaching and learning. Mary Clair Wright, NBCT, ASCTE Instructional Design Expert and Cyber 101 Instructor, was joined by Sentinels Julz '27 and Emory '26 to introduce ASCTE's new AI curriculum, now rolling out in schools across Alabama, and provide a preview of upcoming TEAMS professional development opportunities. One of the most rewarding parts of the conference was seeing two of our students as presenters. Their contributions alongside our faculty are a reminder that developing future leaders doesn't end at graduation.
