Last week, we welcomed our summer interns to Bath & Body Works. Representing 12 colleges and universities across the country, this year's intern class will work alongside teams across our business, hearing directly from senior leaders and contributing to meaningful work. Along the way, they'll experience firsthand what it takes to bring iconic fragrances and innovative products to life, from concept to shelf. And they didn't waste any time getting started. In partnership with Pelotonia, interns teamed up with the organization's intern cohort during their first week to develop fundraising and engagement ideas in support of cancer research. Finalists presented their ideas to company leaders, and the winning team will bring its idea to life later this summer. Big ideas. Meaningful experiences. Real impact. Welcome to Gingham Nation.
