We built a custom Glean connector to integrate backup SaaS data into an enterprise search for a global private equity firm. Backstop, the firm’s core CRM and investment platform, held critical data that wasn’t searchable within Glean. Teams were navigating systems rather than gaining insights, and they were unable to apply AI capabilities to that data. Our engineering team created a system that allows us to easily add large amounts of data and updates securely into the Glean Knowledge Graph, keeping the information up-to-date almost instantly. The result: unified enterprise search and AI-powered Q&A across systems. As we wrap up 2025, we are incredibly grateful for a year filled with growth, connection, and meaningful milestones. This year, we celebrated 9 years of Bridge IT with a team offsite in Tahoe, hosted our first Women in Leadership event with Leslie Osborne Lewis, expanded our team by seven talented individuals, launched our internship program, became involved with the TCU Sales Center, and took an exciting step forward by moving into a new office.
