Relationships open more doors than resumes. 2. Revenue is vanity. Profitability is sustainability. 3. Customers rarely care about your features...they care about their outcomes. 4. Every "overnight success" has years of invisible work behind it. 5. If you're the smartest person in every room, you're in the wrong rooms. 6. Trust is the most valuable currency in business. 7. Not every opportunity deserves a "yes." 8. Innovation starts with listening to clients and end-users. 9. The market hype often creates fake dreams. 10. Your network becomes your greatest competitive advantage. 11. Quality often beats perfection. 12. Leadership is about serving, not managing. Lead with purpose. 13. Technology changes rapidly, but people don't. 14. The biggest risks are often the ones you don't take. 15. Most problems can be solved with better communication. 16. Resilience is a greater predictor of success than intelligence. 17. Cash flow can keep a business alive while strategy catches up. Recurring revenue is golden! 18. The best partnerships create value neither company could achieve alone. 19. Failure isn't the opposite of success...it's part of the process. 20. Success becomes more meaningful when you help others succeed along the way. Help the "little guy" 21. Entrepreneurship isn't about building a company. It's about continuously building yourself and pivoting when needed. The older I get, the more I realize that entrepreneurship isn't a destination. It's a constant exercise in learning, adapting, and growing. I've learned that business is rarely about products, services, technology, or even strategy. It's about people. The people you serve. The people you work alongside. The people who challenge you. The people who believe in you before the results show up. To every entrepreneur, founder, leader, and builder out there: keep going. The lessons are often hidden inside the challenges. Thankful for my people!!
