At Glass Roots Construction, connection is at the heart of everything we do. As we build the infrastructure that keeps communities connected, we also believe in building a culture rooted in respect, inclusion, and support for every individual. This Pride Month, we proudly celebrate the LGBTQ+ community and recognize the importance of creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and empowered to be themselves. Together, we’re building more than fiber networks — we’re building stronger communities for the future. 🌈 Happy Pride Month from all of us at Glass Roots Construction.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. As builders, we know that nothing lasting can be built without a strong foundation. Today, we remember the fallen heroes who laid the foundation for the country we live in, and we honor the many veterans on our crews who help us build its future. #GRC #MemorialDay #Undergroundconstruction #Honor

Today, on World Autism Awareness Day (April 2), we recognize and support the importance of understanding neurodiversity in our communities and workplace. Autism is part of the natural diversity of how people think, learn, and experience the world. Building stronger teams and communities means creating environments where everyone feels respected, supported, and valued. At our company, we believe supporting our people goes beyond the job site. We encourage our team members and their families to use our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) if they ever need guidance, resources, or support. Awareness leads to understanding. Understanding leads to inclusion. #WorldAutismAwarenessDay #AutismAcceptance #Neurodiversity #EmployeeSupport #GRC

Celebrating Women in Construction: Spotlight on Vicky Fabela For Women’s History Month and Women in Construction, we’re proud to celebrate one of our dedicated Construction Specialists, Victoria, who has been in the industry for four years and at GRC a little over a year. Finding a Passion for Construction Introduced to the field by a family member, she quickly discovered a passion for construction and knew she wanted to pursue it further. Throughout her time here, she has embraced every opportunity to grow, crediting her supervisors and foremen for playing a significant role in her development by giving her a chance, treating her equally, and continually investing in her learning. A Culture of Mentorship and Teamwork Victoria values the strong sense of teamwork and support at GRC, where colleagues actively mentor and encourage one another to succeed. She firmly believes construction is not just a man’s job and encourages other women to take that bold step into the industry—because sometimes the riskiest step can be the most rewarding. Exceeding Expectations Victoria’s journey is a testament to proving you can do anything you set your mind to, and often exceed expectations. Impact Beyond the Job Site Outside of work, she dedicates her time to her family and to mentoring youth at her church, continuing to make a meaningful impact both on and off the job site. #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInConstruction #WomeninConstructionWeek #WomenWhoBuild #WomenBuildingTheFuture #Tradeswomen #BuiltByWomen #GlassRootsConstruction #GRC #GRCstrong #DiversityInConstruction #BreakingBarriers #WomenEmpoweringWomen #ConstructionIndustry #SupportWomenInTrades #BuildingInclusion #Construction #Telecommunications #ConstructionManagement

Celebrating Women in Construction: Spotlight on Rosealie Jones In celebration of Women’s History Month and Women in Construction, we’re proud to highlight one of our dedicated Construction Managers, Rosealie, who brings two years of telecommunications experience with GRC and decades of leadership in the construction industry. Decades of Leadership and Experience Open to a new line of work, she submitted her resume and stepped confidently into telecom, adding to a career that began in dirt work, followed by 11 years running equipment in a mine, time in oil and gas operations, and 20 years in leadership roles. Her days are busy and hands-on; mornings are spent completing computer work, and the rest of the day she’s in the field alongside her crews, supporting them wherever needed. A Milestone Achievement Rosealie is especially proud of the work completed in Beatty, NV, where she led her crew in installing 105 miles of conduit in just three months—an accomplishment that reflects her strong listening skills, clear communication, and steady leadership. Breaking Barriers Through Dedication Throughout her journey, mentors gave her opportunities in a predominantly male industry, and she has continued to prove that dedication and work ethic define success. She values being part of a professional team at GRC that recognizes performance and commitment, and she encourages other women to keep their heads high and believe in themselves: you may have to work twice as hard, but you can do it. Proud to be a woman in construction, Rosealie knows it’s not an easy road, but it’s one she truly loves. Resilience Beyond the Field Outside of work, she enjoys hunting, fishing, and hiking, bringing that same resilience and appreciation for challenge to everything she does. #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInConstruction #WomeninConstructionWeek #WomenWhoBuild #WomenBuildingTheFuture #Tradeswomen #BuiltByWomen #GlassRootsConstruction #GRC #GRCstrong #DiversityInConstruction #BreakingBarriers #WomenEmpoweringWomen #ConstructionIndustry #SupportWomenInTrades #BuildingInclusion #Construction #Telecommunications #ConstructionManagement
