In an AI-powered world, is research excellence enough—or will great teaching become the real differentiator? That's the question I explore in my latest piece published by MBAUniverse.com. As AI reshapes learning, teaching is becoming just as important as research. Yet, most doctoral programs still offer little structured preparation for the classroom. The article draws on insights from the Doctoral Program in Participant Centered Learning (DPCL)—a pro bono initiative by Harvard Business Impact Education, in collaboration with the Harvard Business School and HBS India Research Center and why initiatives like these can help prepare the next generation of management educators. My sincere thanks to Anjali Raina and the HBS India Research Center for their partnership, and to Amit Agnihotri and the MBAUniverse team for publishing and amplifying this important conversation. I hope this sparks a broader discussion on how we can better prepare doctoral students to excel in both research and teaching. 🔗 The link to the full opinion piece is in the first comment. #DoctoralEducation #FacultyDevelopment #TeachingExcellence #HarvardBusinessImpact
