In Mérida, a group of girls spent the afternoon doing two things at once: playing the game they love and learning how the choices they make on the field carry into the rest of their lives ⚽ We spent the day with over 20 girls from the Gacelas and El Vergel soccer schools, their families, and coaches. Cecilia Vales, founder of the NGO She Wins, joined to talk about opening doors for girls across Latin America. And Eva, a driver from our “Juntas Llegamos” program, shared her story of taking the wheel, in every sense 💚 inDrive was built on a model that lets people set their own terms. For women stepping into mobility and sport, that's the whole point 🌍

Scaling across 48 countries puts real weight on the people steering the company. inDrive is adding one more to that table 🌍 Elaine Paul joins our Board as an independent director, bringing three decades of finance leadership. She's been CFO at Lyft, Amazon Studios, and Hulu, and that experience strengthens the governance behind our growth across 1,200+ cities. She becomes our second independent director alongside Jeri Doris, joining Daegwon Chae and Mahmoud Ragwani of BOND Capital, and Ryan M. Hinkle of Insight Partners. Welcome, Elaine 💚

When inDrive was a team small enough to fit around one table, our culture evolved naturally. As the company grew into a global team of more than 3,000 people, it became something that needed intention 🌍 Vladimir Ivanov has been part of that journey from the very beginning. Today, as Culture Lead, he helps make sure our values aren't just words, but something people experience every day through onboarding, feedback, conversations, and the way we work together 💚 His advice to every new inDrivean is simple: know where you want to go, talk about it early, and build your path with your manager. Swipe to learn more about Vladimir's journey and how we build our company culture at inDrive 👇

Most trips go smoothly. But sometimes things can go slightly sideways: a door slammed too hard, a long wait, a wrong pickup point. Usually it comes down to one person’s word against another. Trip Audio Recording is there for those moments. Drivers and passengers can switch it on from the Safety Center, giving the context needed if something has to be sorted out later 🛡️ A few things worth knowing: • It only records when someone turns it on. The app can't record by itself or in the background. • The audio is fully encrypted. No one can play it back, download it, or share it, and inDrive doesn't give it to third parties. • The encryption key is used only to investigate official complaints, and information is shared with authorities only when legally required 🔒 This feature is there to provide peace of mind for passengers and drivers. Sometimes just knowing you have it makes every ride feel a little safer 💚 Available now in the Safety Center. Open the app, tap the icon, and you're set.

The world's biggest football celebration has come to Mexico, and millions of people are trying to get around all at once ⚽ At the 11th AI World Congress, Rafael Garza, our Country Manager in Mexico, shared how inDrive has readied for the rush: sharper arrival times, easier pickups, and local recommendations built right into the app. The tech stays out of sight. You only experience the smoother ride.

Performance reviews have a reputation. Opaque, inconsistent, and rarely something employees actually trust. inDrive set out to change that internally, and the work just earned the Performance Impact Award at the Lattice People Success Awards 2026, accepted by our SVP of People and Culture, Vera Solomatina 🏆 The project behind it was inDrive's first company-wide Performance Cycle. The goal was simple to say and hard to build: make performance management transparent and fair for every employee, in every market. Individual goals linked to review outcomes. Managers and individual contributors measured against the same criteria. The same clarity whether you sit in one of 48 countries or another. Over seven weeks, 92% of employees gave high-quality feedback to colleagues, more than 11,000 peer reviews came in, and everyone received calibrated results. The part that matters most: employees who rated the process as fair rose from 64% to 73% 📈 "Behind this award is an amazing team that believed we could create a meaningful experience for every employee. I'm incredibly proud of what we've built together," says Vera. This belongs to the entire People and Culture team who built the frameworks, ran the analytics, and made the culture something people can feel 💚

For 13 years, we've been breaking the rules this industry took for granted. Prices set by algorithms, drivers with no say, take it or leave it. So we built something else, where you name your price and every trip is a deal between two people 🤝 Still going, thanks to you. Here's to year 13. Make a wish, call a ride, and celebrate with us 🎂
