Big thanks to Kamil Levinský for the collaboration on this one Why this market matters: 🚗 Europe’s automotive spare parts aftermarket is a €100B+ industry 📈 CEE remains one of the fastest-growing regions in the sector 🛠️ The average car on Czech roads is still ~13–15 years old (good news for repair shops… maybe less so for Czech drivers) Yet within this established market, buying spare parts is still often slow, intransparent, and unnecessarily painful for independent workshops. IAG is changing that. The company combines: • a massive digital catalogue (~2M SKUs) • real-time price and availability transparency • next-day delivery • and a lean operating model built specifically for workshops across CEE The result? Customers get access to parts that traditional distributors simply can't match, on price, speed, or transparency, while IAG continues proving strong unit economics and scaling rapidly across multiple markets. Tomáš Kaštil and the team spent decades building some of the largest aftermarket businesses in Europe before starting IAG. That depth of market understanding unlocks opportunities others simply don't see. Founder-market fit in its purest form. And this is also where venture debt makes perfect sense.
