We're pleased to share that NSA Storage (NSA) common shareholders have voted to approve Public Storage's proposed acquisition of NSA at a special meeting held yesterday. With this vote, following the earlier approval from holders of NSA operating partnership units, the parties have now secured all required approvals from NSA equity holders. We look forward to closing the transaction, which is expected on July 22, 2026. We officially moved into our new corporate headquarters in Frisco, Texas, last week, bringing our North Texas teams together under one roof for the first time! At Public Storage, collaboration is the engine behind our success. This modern space was designed to fuel our One Team culture, breaking down barriers to unlock collaboration and accelerate our PS4.0 strategy. To kick things off, team members celebrated our new HQ with a building-wide champagne toast led by our CEO, Tom Boyle, in which he thanked everyone who worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life. Because a true Public Storage celebration always involves great food and even better conversation, our teams spent the week gathering across our new comfy gathering spaces, strengthening existing connections, and meeting new neighbors. The transaction expands Public Storage’s footprint into attractive Canadian markets and offers significant upside by bringing nearly 70 high-quality properties onto our industry-leading PS Next operating model.
