Radiance is hiring!   We are seeking a highly analytical and driven Senior Financial Analyst to support the business’s ongoing performance and growth. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, this individual will work cross functionally to provide actionable financial analysis enabling key stakeholders to drive business performance. The Senior Financial Analyst will partner on entity-level reporting and analysis, and support in the budgeting and forecasting processes for Radiance. They will also play a key role in providing ad-hoc analyses and presentations and will be exposed to most departments across the organization including our senior executive team. This role requires a highly motivated and curious candidate that is searching for an opportunity to grow their career in finance while having a tangible impact driving business results. We’re seeking an individual who has: • 2+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, finance, or related field. Multi-unit consumer retail experience a plus but not required. • Ability to extract and analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations in a concise, informative manner. • Foundation in basic finance and accounting concepts, including building financial models and analyzing profit and loss statements • Proven ability to develop a strong partnership with the business leaders that Finance supports • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including advanced Excel and PowerPoint experience; experience with PowerBI and SQL a plus If you are passionate about combining financial excellence with a mission-driven business focused on health, wellness, and growth, we would love to hear from you!
