𝗥𝗟𝗙 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟯 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽 | 📍𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱, 𝗢𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗼𝗻 On 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟭𝟱–𝟭𝟲, the 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗣𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰 𝗡𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗲𝘀𝘁 RLF (Rising Leader Forums) gathered in Portland, Oregon, for its third session—a meaningful milestone for the cohort. By this point in the journey, relationships have deepened, trust has grown, and participants are fully engaged in the discussions, content, and shared commitment to becoming stronger leaders. This sense of connection is a defining part of what makes RLF such an impactful experience. The session also featured two guest speakers, Bridget Barnes, PhD, MBA, CHCIO (𝘊𝘐𝘖, 𝘖𝘳𝘦𝘨𝘰𝘯 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘚𝘤𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦𝘴 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘺), and Nancy Sternitzky (𝘊𝘐𝘖, 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘊𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘰𝘯), who shared valuable perspectives and insights with the cohort. Through thought-provoking discussions, engaging presentations, and hands-on activities, Session 3 reflected the openness, collaboration, and leadership development at the heart of the RLF experience. After Day 1, the group took an evening cruise along the Willamette River, offering another opportunity to strengthen relationships while enjoying a beautiful Portland evening.
