Idea, Start, and Grow at Square1!
About us
Got an idea? Start at Square1! We help entrepreneurs find their path to success. Looking to get into an accelerator? Need to find capital? Help with marketing? Intellectual property or other legal matters? We have a workshop for that. We also work 1-on-1 to guide startups to the resources that can help them launch. EVERGREEN is the term we use to describe our ideal client. Growth-oriented, passionate and persistent founders that don't necessarily want to sell out to venture capitalists. Our goal is to create opportunities to entrepreneurs by: • Delivering startup training and resources at a community level. • Engaging high school and college students in the startup ecosystem. • Preparing a workforce to fill startup jobs. • Introducing under-served communities and minorities to the startup ecosystem. SQUARE1, Inc. is a non-profit entrepreneur education and business accelerator services company providing resources to a broad range of individuals interested in turning ideas and research into business start-ups. Our mission is to work collaboratively to grow the ecosystem that supports their efforts. This revolves around educational opportunities and the optimization of resources to better support individuals seeking to improve their personal situations or contribute to the growth of our community through new business creation.
