Community happens one connection at a time. This weekend, our EMS Coordinator, Kevin Kotsis, joined our community partners at the Impact Clay Train stop at Grove Park Elementary in Orange Park to help connect neighbors with essential services and support. Together, the team made a meaningful impact: - 245 guests received food, clothing, hot meals and other essential resources - 25 vision screenings provided -12 free haircuts - Four individuals enrolled to receive care through our Mobile Health Unit We're grateful to Kevin and all of our community partners for their commitment to meeting people where they are and improving access to care and vital resources.
